I DON'T HAVE SPACE IN MY WORK AREA TO STORE 2 SETS OF CROCKERIES

Fear not, as we are doing daily swap. You will only hold 1.5 set ready for business. 1 set will be with us.

Day 1
Use Set A. OMS collects.

Day 2
Use Set B. OMS delivers cleaned Set A and collects used Set B.

Day 3
Use Set A. OMS delivers cleaned Set B and collects used Set A.


The cycle goes on.

IS THERE A MINIMUM VOLUME?

We would advise a volume that makes sense for you to outsource this segment to us. In general, 3 tubs daily. 

Cost will includes both transportation and cleaning.

We may not necessarily be the cheapest or save huge costs, but you can be assured that the headache of hiring dishwasher will be gone. No more issue with attendance.

WHAT IF THERE IS A BREAKAGE/ MISSING ITEM?

More often than not, having missing utensils and crockeries are not uncommon. On-site dish-collectors may accidentally deposit the items into wrong stalls or bin.

In the situation whereby the whole tub crashes from our lorry, we will make the necessary arrangements for replacement. Our sales will brief you through the details upon signing on with us. 

CAN I REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TRIP AS I DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE MORE CROCKERIES?

Yes, you can. However, we strongly discourage this as we pride our system and strategy to ensure contingency should accidents happened.


Definitely, when it comes to the dollar and cents (sense), we would advise to go for single trip, as double trip daily would cost more in the long run.
